DigiPedal LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of pickup.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the original pickup date.
• The item must be in its original condition — undamaged, unmodified, and in full working order.
• The item must be returned with all original accessories and packaging (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase (invoice number or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Items without proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at digipedalllc.com/contact with your invoice number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lifetime Repair Program

DigiPedal LLC stands behind the quality of every DigiFuzz pedal. If your pedal is ever damaged — whether from regular use, accidental damage, or hardware failure — we've got you covered for life.

Simply reach out to us through our contact form, describe the issue, and we will assess the damage and issue a replacement at no charge.

This program applies to all DigiFuzz units purchased directly from DigiPedal LLC and is valid for the lifetime of the product — no expiration date, no fine print.

Exchanges

If your DigiFuzz is defective or damaged upon pickup, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of pickup to report any defects.
